Isn’t it amazing how kids have 1001 requests just before bedtime? Yes, we get those very often in this house too.
EJ: Mama, can I please borrow your laptop? I want to search for a song on Youtube.
Me: It’s bedtime. Do it tomorrow.
I continued cleaning up in the kitchen while Little Missy was running around in the living room pretending she was a fairy, able to change everything and everybody. DH and Spike were on the sofa talking geography.
EJ: Mom, can I please borrow your hp then?
Me: No, enough multimedia. Get ready to go to bed, please.
EJ: I can’t go to sleep unless I listen to that song once.
Me: (ignore! ignore! ignore! stand firm! It’s bedtime!)
EJ: Maaaa …
Me: Oh God! … tell me the song and I’ll sing it for you! (I immediately regretted saying that)
EJ: …errr …
Me: Tell me! I’ll sing it for you!
EJ: It’s called …‘Devil May Cry’ …???? *raised eyebrows and looked smugly at me*
I laughed my head off although I was at the same time making a mental note that EJ should really be given a computer-ban for at least a year!
Missy: Mommy! Mommy! can you please adjust my wings. They’re a bit ‘senget’ …
Me: Now, THIS is something I’m VERY good at … *raised eyebrows while looking at EJ*
Spike: Mom, do we have more kebab leftovers?

Sooner or later, I will get naturally Ziana-Zain eyebrows! Ta daaaaa! :D
